Ortakoy District Istanbul:
Ortakoy District is located in Besiktas on the European side of the Bosphorus Strait in Istanbul. It has been known as the “Sultans’ Resort” since ancient times. Ortakoy is distinguished for its location overlooking the Bosphorus Bridge and it houses several important landmarks, such as the famous Ortakoy Mosque with its unique position on the Bosphorus Strait. Additionally, there is the popular Ortakoy Bazaar that offers souvenirs, gifts, and other handicrafts. The area also boasts numerous cafes and restaurants that provide delicious dishes and various drinks in a delightful and relaxing atmosphere. Bebek Area – Also Known as the Celebrity Street:
Bebek area, also referred to as “Celebrity Street,” is one of the prominent tourist destinations in Turkey, specifically in European Istanbul, situated on the coast of the Bosphorus Strait. It features a beautiful and sophisticated waterfront, thanks to the attention of its wealthy residents. In the past, before this era, Bebek was a small village under the jurisdiction of Besiktas municipality, called “hallay,” inhabited by fishermen who rested their ships during their long journeys. This was before it took the name of the officer responsible for its protection during the reign of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror. Nowadays, the neighborhood has become one of the most important and well-known tourist spots in Istanbul.
Sapphire Mall Istanbul:
Also known as Sapphire Tower, is one of the most stunning skyscrapers in Istanbul. It may even be the tallest, reaching a height of about 236 meters above ground level. It is one of the first environmentally friendly buildings in Turkey, making it of great importance to tourism in the country.
The tower features a series of amazing terraced gardens, repeated every three floors, filled with diverse plants that give the tower a magical natural touch of beauty. It includes an observation deck at the highest point in Istanbul, providing a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.
